What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 2 days before. Cancellations the day before or on the day incur a 50% fee.

What's the best start time?

We'll work with your preference, but fish activity varies by species and season. Just say "you decide" and we'll suggest the best time!

What if it rains?
+
Light rain? We go! (Fish are often more active in the rain.) If severe weather is expected, we'll cancel — no cancellation fee in that case. Rain gear recommended.

What if weather changes mid-trip?

If conditions become dangerous (e.g. thunderstorm), we pause and assess. If cancelled mid-trip: Short Course = full fee; Long Course = Short fee if under 3hrs, Long fee if over.

Can I come empty-handed?

Multi-Species plan includes everything — come with nothing! For Catfish & Light Salt, bring your own tackle or rent from us (let us know when booking).
Comfortable clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Sunscreen and hat in summer, warm layers in winter!

How long does it take?

Catfish: Short ~3hrs / Long ~6hrs. Multi-Species & Light Salt: ~3hrs. Guide time covers travel to the spot through end of fishing.

I'm a total beginner — is that OK?

Absolutely! We'll teach you everything from holding the rod to casting technique. Over half our guests are beginners.

When's the best season?
+
For catfish, April–June is prime time for numbers. For trophy catfish (70cm+), October–November is the season.

How many people can join?
+
Max 3 per group as standard. If you can drive to the fishing spot yourself, 4+ is negotiable!

Can I keep what I catch?

Of course! Bring a cooler box with ice and you can take your catch home. We'll let you know about any size limits on the spot.

Is it possible to catch nothing?

It's nature, so honestly — yes. But we'll do everything we can with smart spot selection and experience. We can't guarantee a catch, but we guarantee a great time!

Families are welcome! We provide life jackets. A parent/guardian must accompany children.
